I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. However, I can't even get them to return my call after Dawson gave me a quote. I called 3 weeks ago to inquire about having a lift kit put on my truck. Dawson said no problem with that, and we went over a couple options. I decided on a 3.5 kit. He took all my info, put in the system, gave me a quote on price and I said I will look at tire/wheel options and call him back when I find a set I like and we can set the appointment. I found a set I liked and I called him back in a week. The guy who answered said he'll let him know I called, but received no call back. A week later I called again, this time a girl said she will have him call me back. Another week has passed, and still no call back. So I've scheduled elsewhere (local shop). Like I said, I wish I could have given them a 5 star review because it looks like a cool shop, clean and he was friendly when we spoke. So here's 3 stars for the poor communication.

Really great customer service! It stormed cats and dogs during the night before and early a.m. the day we were to rent our machine. The forecast was bad but right at 8:30 a.m., before I had a chance to call them, THEY reached out to ME to see if we still wanted to keep the plan as is or reschedule or get a refund. Wow! The rest of the process was seamless with them as well. They were very thorough. The machine was clean, in great condition and full of gas (as one would expect) when we picked it up the following day. We rented for 23 hours and they emphasized that someone was always available via cell phone if we had any problems at all. They even provide a first aid kit with the machine. Very happy with our experience with Petit's out of Minong!

Don’t break down in the Minong area and expect getting help from this place, I broke down on the highway with my rv trailer and had to get tires mounted, being a disabled person I couldn’t get them to take 15 minutes and mount tires for me. The gal at the front desk said 25 per tire and that I bought my own it was 35 but would take 3 days to do. They had one truck in the shop, I have been in the repair business for over 30 years and I would have been embarrassed if I would have treated a potential customer like they did. If it would let me it would be negative stars

We rented a fantastic side by side from them, the owners and staff were very accommodating, friendly, honest, and worked hard to make sure we had a reliable and well maintained UTV to take out and enjoy the trails with. Price was very reasonable for a 23 hour rental. I know this business is new in Hayward, and I know it will do very very well given the dedication and professionalism the owners have. Very happy with Petits and look forward to renting again with them.
