I did look into this call and our records show our driver was on scene with your vehicle for 47 minutes. It did come in as a simple tire change. The driver said he accessed the tire situation and asked if you had the tools needed to release the spare. You indicated you did not know where they were. Driver advised that they are typically found in the back of the vehicle. You did retrieve them and he proceeded to try to help with the tire but it was too rusted. Being a 2004 that can cause problems for a simple tire change. Our drivers are not equipped to perform work that should be done in a garage. Typically a tire change should only be a 15 minute stop for our drivers. From the time he spent trying to change it, I believe it shows he did the best he could under the circumstances. The time he spent there also put other customers behind schedule and waiting for service. We certainly could have helped you at our shop as we would have the time and tools for a more extensive tire issue. Thank you.

We are sorry for the confusion. We typically do not service BMW's. When you did call us back two days later about the tow, we offered to take it to another shop. We do have a specialty tech who was called out for a family emergency and would be gone for several days so we would not have recommended it be brought back to our shop. Our Service Tech tried to recommend a few other shops that could possibly diagnose the problem. You said you would call around. We did not hear back from you so we did not know you still wanted to be towed or where.

The vehicle was brought to us to look into an AC problem. We explained the wiring problem would have to be addressed before moving on to the next phase of repair for the AC unit. You agreed to the initial wiring fix and then declined the additional work to fix the AC. As this being a nearly 30 year old vehicle, some problems are not always an easy fix. All was explained to you as we went through the process and you were given the option whether or not to have the work done. We never do unauthorized repairs. After declining to have the rest of the work completed we considered the job done as per your request.

I am sorry but a few key points were left out of your review. We tried to contact you several times via phone with no success. The AAA app had your vehicle color as black when in fact it was red. Our driver showed up and went inside to try to find you because he did not see a black truck, again no success. We needed to move him on to another call. We did beyond what was required to find you and your vehicle. Once a driver leaves the call after several failed attempts to contact the customer a second call to AAA is required. AAA call center did not send us the call until approx 60 minutes after you contacted them.
