Very satisfied on the first price they gave me on my trade, they beat my local dealer (who I have bought 5 cars from) by a substantial amount of money, I drove 1 1/2 hours from my house and I would do it again!

Having purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 on 4/19/24, I had a dead battery on 4/23/24. Thinking it was something I did, I charged it up and thought nothing of it. Then on 4/27/24 it was again dead. I took it to local O'Reillys and was told the battery had a dead cell. I called Morries and got an appt at 7:30 on 4/29/24. There was NO apology - acknowledgement that MAYBE it should have been checked BEFORE letting it go out the door??? While I was not charged for the new battery, or the installation - I would have expected more from your company to acknowledge I was left with a NEW to me - unusable vehicle for most of the first 10 days I had the vehicle.
