Store manager Steve Lindert can't return emails or phone calls. I took my car and money to another shop where they provide excellent service.

Greg Kimberly is the worst so called professional I’ve ever dealt with. He strung me a long for a month telling me the insurance company never got back to him, come to find out the whole time he never reached out to the insurance. I called him every day to remind him and every time there was a new excuse. Whether it be him loosing the so called claim, then loosing the pictures, etc. Also if you’re a girl don’t even bother. When going in for the estimate he made creepy comments regarding my appearance and how women have a certain role in society. Better off going anywhere but here.

Greg the owner is inappropriate, unprepared and unprofessional. Don’t go here if you’re female. Period. He made dirty inappropriate jokes and comments. He made the mistake of telling me he gives rental cars away for free, then wanted to charge me for it. They weren’t even aware that I was coming that day when I booked it a month in advance because they had a loaner car for me that day, when I arrived they said they didn’t have one for me. They didn’t even call me ahead of time to let me know. Complete lack of customer service and extremely lazy and incompetent (not to mention disgusting) owner. 100/10 would not recommend.

Greg, Steve and Jamie took good care of my car. I hope to not visit with them again anytime soon, but if I hit the side of the garage again, I know my car will be in good hands.

Called a spoke to a person about having spot welded on our pickup truck frame. Was told yes we do that. They even made a appt to look at it. Drove from Beloit up here to be told after we got here, no we don’t do that. They need to get their act togather

I recently needed some bumper repairs and called around to several shops in town. I ended up selecting M & M because they were so friendly and personable over the phone, and most importantly their quote seems the least inflated for extra stuff I probably didn't need. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and even offered me a loaner car at no cost when repairs took longer than quoted -- and which were due to shipping delays beyond their control. I am extremely happy with my service and would return to them if I ever needed another repair.
