Excellent mechanic and super service. I highly recommend Steve's expertise.
Steve is a best mechanic in town. Always finds the problem first and then do the work. Always on-time, communication is always good.
I've known Steve for years and have done business with him on multiple occasions. Customer service is great, prices are fair, and he's quite flexible with the repairs as far as working within a given budget and timeframe. Wish you the best of luck because you deserve it 👍
Did not want to replace a bad part in my daughters car that was covered under warranty. Tried contacting him for 2 MONTHS to get work done. Only contacted me back when I mentioned going through the court system! Now he tells me to never contact him again or come there again. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Update: court is a magical word used to get people like you to honor your promises. You installed a part knowing it was defective, what "expert" does that? Your really trying hard to spin the narrative that I used the magical word because you didn't answer the phone on 5/31. I have been trying to get in contact with you for a replacement part for 60 days, that's 2 MONTHS. Now you tell me to never contact you again or come to your shop again if you replace a warranty part. How unprofessional is thatl! You consider the court process a threat do you? It's a promise.

Jun 24, 2023Let's start from the beginning. I informed you that I would be available to warranty your daughter's part that failed under warranty. I communicated to you that I would have to get you on my schedule within a month's time (Not 2 months). On 5/31 you proceeded to call me in the morning and I could not answer due to being pre-occupied with customers. Within 10 minutes you threatened to take me to court because I was not able to answer the phone to speak with you at that time. I informed you I would be able to get the vehicle in the following Monday June 5th if you dropped it off and have it ready by the end of the week because I am only one person here and I had scheduled appointments to take care of. I did not appreciate the threat made to me because I was not able to answer the phone at the time you called. I attempted to work with you and still was willing to accommodate this warranty but you proceeded to make more threats towards me because I could not get you in immediately and/or answer the phone at your demand. At any point in my communications did I NOT refuse to replace your daughters part under warranty. As soon as I had an opening I was going to get the vehicle scheduled. Please do not Defame the business because of your unwillingness to cooperate. Please also do not call my parts suppliers and attempt to perform unauthorized transactions without the business owners consent.
I've known Steve for a short amount of time. Was told about steve from a family member. I have brought two different vehicles to him. He was able to fit me in when I needed something done, and it's done in a timely matter. This guy knows his stuff. Tells you what actually needs to be fixed and gives insight on what that does. Steve is very fair on price, and brings A1 service. Ill continue to go through Steve to get repairs done. Check out his shop!!
Steve is the most knowledgeable, responsive and professional mechanic. I place my highest level of trust in him, especially after another mecha to replace brake lines which crumbled in Steve’s hands due to rust. This likely saved the life of me and my disabled mother. Steve has grown his business to serve a wide variety of people with respect and a strong drive to help others. He is fair, honest and will explain car issues clearly.
My daughter’s car needed brakes and Steve fit us in and quickly repaired the vehicle. He was very thorough. Highly recommend this shop!
My boyfriend and I went to Steve's expert Repair today. We were fully impressed with his knowledge and customer service.. he is very honest and to the point. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for an expert. Very satisfied 😌
