I came to this place because when you have that many 5* reviews, you know their great reputation precedes them. I was quoted $500 at Midas, to replace my outer front tie rods. They told me during my oil change there, that if I didn't do it right away, I would be driving down the freeway one day, and the front end would rise, and then drop down, and I would have a severe crash! Way to scare someone into a sale! I then called Wright Auto, and he got me in to his shop the following Tuesday (today), and low and behold, I didn't need tie rods at all! I only needed the rubber boot that protects the tie rods, and the cost was 35% of what Midas wanted for the job! WOW. THESE GUYS ROCK!!! They stand behind their work, and they are a family run company, one who treats you like family. Keep up the GREAT work Wright Auto Repair. Best kept secret in Germantown!
