Better than a dealership and trustworthy owners
I called and made an appointment to get two front tires on my girlfriend's car. The gentleman on the phone so they had to order them. And they will be delivered by noon today. So we scheduled the appointment for 2 p m. We were taking this car the next day for a 5 hour Car drive, so it's very important to get these tires on. When I got there they took the car in and 5 minutes later came out and said thet have a problem. They ordered the wrong tires and won't be able to do the work today. This completely screwed up all plans for the next day. They offered no help with the matter besides saying come back tomorrow when they were informed we can't. Bad customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone
I had a very low tire.They filled that tire no questions an no waiting. Then checked my other tires,an put the necessary amount of air needed. Thank you so much for your help.
The service and price was great along with the customer service, but when I picked up my car, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not too happy about that
