Very happy with everything Adam’s has ever taken care of for me. I have an irrational love of my cars, and while they may call me a weirdo when I leave, they are always nice to my face! Honestly, everyone from the front desk to the repair folks has always been top tier. Thanks so much for taking care of my wheels!

Had to bring my car back 6 times! No quality control. There was a rattling sound from a heat shield and they told me it was the license plate. I will never use these guys again. They left the inside of the car trashed I had to clean it.

Jason, we are sorry you feel that your repair did not live up to our typically excellent standards. We recognize that you and your wife expended extra effort to determine there was a rattle in a new exhaust system we installed as part of the work we completed on your car. That rattle was an OEM original equipment part failure, not something our crew mishandled, and we have now replaced that part for you. We've also striven to successfully address other concerns you've had. We do stand by our work — even when, on rare occasions, it takes longer than any of us would like to achieve 100 percent satisfaction. We hope that all matters are resolved as of now. Wife went to the thrift store, came out some =“%= swiped the car, long story..two calls..insurance and adams…2weeks start to finish, 6 k in damage . They got it done. Excellent communication,great end result! Good place to go guys
