My husband was hit by another driver and Studer provided a repair estimate. Once the estimate was paid out, Studer refused to actually perform the repair so now the payout likely won’t even cover the actual cost with a different shop.

Normally, we deal directly with the Insurance company. However, we agreed to do it for your husband since he already painted your vehicle in your garage and he wanted to do the repairs himself. This alllowed you to get payment directly from the Insurance company to complete repairs. Again, very sorry for the misunderstanding. Wish you all the best.
