Customer Service was the most comfortable atmosphere. Communication was very clear. My car was badly damaged and it looked like new when returned to me. The work was completed a day earlier than I expected. I’m so happy with my experience with Pinkey’s. I’ve already recommended this establishment. Five stars plus
I went here to get my battery re adjusted after going to a different auto shop and Rick the mechanic was so helpful and nice and everyone there was so kind to me. Definitely going here again. This place is well run would recommend to everyone.
Excellent work and completed on-time. Also, while I was there for body work, they were also able to repair my faulty driver-side window and power lock for me. No more climbing out through the passenger-side door! Much appreciated...
They did a great job making my Subaru look as good as new. I'm from Illinois, so leaving my car in Wisconsin at a shop I wasn't familiar with was a little nerve-wracking. Thankfully, the updates they sent me via email and their website helped me stay informed. And the few times I spoke with someone in the shop, they were always kind and informative. The entire process took a month, but considering the damage my vehicle sustained, I assumed it would take that long, if not longer. I appreciate them staying on task and doing a quality job.
