Friendly, honest and quick. Took my CRV in for a strange engine noise and they identified it as a known issue that was not anything serious. I did an oil change and brand new rear brakes and had my car back within 36 hours. -Thanks! Ron
A change in employment has resulted in needing to find new providers for common services for the first time in 10+ years. After struggling to get responses from most auto shops in the area, I elected to use Hartland Service because they answered the phone and my questions Service was good with clear communication and timeliness expectations. Really the only downside was cost. About 30% more than Ive been charged for the same service at my previous go-to spot. I'm ok with paying more as long as I know what I'm getting.
I took my SUV in for an exterior detailing and Mike restored a deep factory shine to my deteriorating paint. It included clay bar, machine polish, and a ceramic sealant. It included wheels, wheel wells, glass, plastic trim, windshield cowl, etc. He even vacuumed for me. On top of the paint being restored, the polishing took out a lot of fine scratches. The oxidation and old wax on the rubber and plastic were removed. The Subaru decals weren’t left caked-up with dried polish. It’s those small details that make the difference between a pro and hobbyist. The durability is TBD.
