The whole experience was uncalled for. I had a small bumper scratch and the repair took almost three weeks. Plus the communication between their office and the rental company wasn’t consistent. Their car rental is quick to charge especially when they should have charged the insurance of the liable party. The rental I received was a joke. Too many bells and whistles that it would beep and make sounds whenever it wanted to.
