Someone hit & ran my bumper and I was quoted some outrageous prices for fixing. Unlike the other shops, Steve asked me what I was looking for from the repair and once I said just fix the dent, I don't care about the paint -- he gave me a great quote and fixed the bumper in a day. Great customer service. Would use again if I had autobody issues.
Great real work nothing fake or cheaply done even though insurance company wanted them to cut every corner - they will not. The real deal. Not many places with integrity left in this world.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Root River. The attention to detail and level of expertise is unmatched in the oak creek/Milwaukee area. When it comes to painting and body work, they'll have your car looking better than it did when it came off the lot. When it comes to prices they're also very competitive. It's one of the last small business in the area that do this kind of work and it's a privilege to get my car services here. If you've been in an accident or need any type of body work done to your car, this is the place to go, hands down.

Steve did an amazing job fixing my Jeep Cherokee! We weren't sure if it could be "popped" back into place or if a replacement was needed and he was able to pop it back in black and you would never know it had been damaged. Excellent deal on the service as well!
