They got me in the same day...got my car fixed and back to me in a couple hours!! I couldn't be happier with the service I got at J.R Muffler!!! The do all auto repair not just mufflers!!! ❤
Years ago they replaced my muffler system and they were my 1st choice to replace it when it needed to be replaced again on my 2007 Ford Focus. They do a great job. Thank you.
I was completely taken advantage of. I went in there with a shaky steering wheel and asked them to check if I had broken belts in my tires, instead I was told that my upper cross member needed to be replaced, which they charged me 250 an hour to replace, and my steering wheel is still shaking. I also was given a quote for about $4000 stating my whole suspension was bad, took it to another mechanic, my suspension is tight and I have three broken belts in my tires.
Got my alignment done and they did great job! 100% recommend j.r muffler !!
Just came from J.R. Mufflers had some work done . Not to many places impress me anymore but this shop did I was able to meet the owner Ivan and I am glad I did . I was taken care of and then some I recommend this shop to all ! Thank you to you and your crew ! I will be back...
Liars and thieves. I brought my grandmas car there for an overheating issue and they told me it needed an engine replacement and the “block was cracked”. I brought the car to another shop for a second opinion and it was only air in the cooling system. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP
Excellent service! Had exhaust repair done. Prompt and good value.
