Terrible management I bring my truck in there for the wire that went to the coil pack to be fixed and they did not do that. They just told me I need a new coil pack and did not investigate the problem that I told them there was and then charge me $65 for diagnose fee when they anything besides hooking it up to a scanner that O’Reillys auto parts already gave me for free, do not trust your car with this guy wanna charge me $1500 for a wire that needs to be checked out! Shady!!! 4/21/24 I’m Replying to your message. Doing the right thing/job would be to look into the problem I brought up and see if it truly a problem and then tell the customer how much it would be to fix it or if there is no problem with it at all. Then ask if I’d like you to look deeper to find the problem but that is not what you did. I know I have a bolt broken and it needs a tune up! That is not why I brought it to you!🤣. Look at the paperwork you had me fill out. There is no legal reason you couldn’t fix it. That’s just an excuse.

Apr 24, 2024You said you can do the work so I declined the rewire… its either all or none I’m not about to mess up my insurance or my reputation for someone who doesn’t want to do the job right… I could post the actual scans and the results from the smoke test and show the broke bolt in the intake but I’ll take that 1 star… next time you want to work on your own car don’t waste a shops time
