I've gone to crown Auto since I got my new car, they are helpful, quick, reasonably priced, use good parts, and easy to get to.
My daughter goes to school in Winona and was having car troubles. Crown Auto was recommended by a friend so we had her car towed there. They were great about communicating the problems and only fixing what was necessary. They got everything repaired in a timely manner and I felt comfortable with their pricing. I would definitely recommend them for any auto service needs.
Dylan does a Great Job
Dylan was great! Very understanding of the situation (just passing through town when the car problems started), and he communicated through the whole process with me. He had the car done earlier than expected to make sure I could get back out of town.
Trip to Winona and could hear loud noise as if it was my exhaust system! Just drove there, entered and explained my problem...Service manager was able to work me in to check. It was a simple fix AND I was on the road, home to LaCrosse, within an hour! Great, friendly service!
