Back in the day when people used to say “I know a guy…” This is the guy.
Good people that care.
I have had two sets of brakes put on my vehicle and both of them were terrible.The rear brakes I had put on at Lilly auto makes it feel like brand new again,keep up the good work!
Had gone shopping and my car wouldn't start...they rushed over and jumped my battery so I could get home. They were Great

At first I was so grateful for the people at Lilly Auto. They were super nice and seemed knowledgeable. Then..... they kept my car for a month waiting on a part that they ended up not even replacing. I told them 3 times that I needed a rack and pinion which they said was not the issue. FINALLY they admitted that I needed a new rack and pinion. They offered to give me a discount because of all the issues I had with them (there were more than I talked about) and I have yet to be able to get ahold of them since. Roger is a nice guy, he really is, just not a good business guy.
Roger and his staff work very hard and efficiently to help us. He's a very caring, hard-working and knowledgeable mechanic!! We have used his Services several times and will continue to do so. Kristine Hicks
Roger runs a heck of an outstanding business here! Staff is very attentive and thorough and give honest feedback about what needs to be done. Not pushy whatsoever. I'm so grateful I found this lil GEM of a mechanic business! Bonus: the shop dog (Chet) is a great.way to pay time while the vehicle is diagnosed!❤️❤️
