I called days ago for an appointment. I come in bright and early the day of my appointment to bring my car in. They Couldn’t find anything regarding my appointment. I called 6/7 hours later to see if there are any updates. They have not even looked at it at all. I just have a broken lock and that is it. These guys have failed to provide even mediocre service. Now I probably won’t have my car until tomorrow which makes my life extremely difficult. Would never suggest these guys to anyone Update : they got upset with me that I shared my experience here and told me to come pick up my car. Nothing was fixed.
