I have use Matthews tire for years and I will continue to use them for years to come. They offer good quality products at a fair rate and are extremely knowledgeable. I trust their judgement and advice. I have recommended them to other people and will do so again. They are excellent. All that being said, I was frustrated on my last visit. I dropped off my vehicle on a Thursday for Friday service. The technician told me that I was "first in line" for the next day. Imagine my surprise when I called next morning around 11 and found out that, not only had my vehicle not been serviced, it might not be done until the end of the day. I am certain it was a misunderstanding but that didn't help the plans I had to rearrange because of it. I ask that the good folks at Matthews come up with some sort of real time scheduling system where you can sign up for specific time and depending on the service, you get an estimate when it will be done so you can plan your day around it. If something comes up (as it sometimes does), the technician can notify the customer and make plans accordingly. That way the customer is accurately informed and has some responsibility for what is done. I'm certain there is an online program that can be used and I urge Matthews to look into it. The gal on the phone was very helpful in selecting the tires I would put on my car. When I came for pickup it was nearly 6 o'clock and I felt bad, but the gentleman in no way was bothered that I walked in at closing time. Kind, friendly people. And I greatly appreciate that, being a widow whose husband normally handled these things. My experience as a first-timer was great. Thanks Matthews Tire!

As long as they're in business me and my husband will always go here. They're quick and they always call you to get the okay to move forward with service. Reasonably-priced and I appreciate them taking the time to just put air in my tires. You're all awesome!!
