Honest and trustworthy. Unfortunately a mechanic that no longer works with this shop made a pretty big mistake on my car but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the owner he immediately jumped into action to make it right. He took the time to show me my parts and why they needed fixing so I understood where the costs were coming from and why it’s important to fix them. I felt like even though a mistake was made, I was in good hands. I now have my car back and it’s running better than it has in months. Thank you!

Recently had my car in for a repair and was quite happy with the speed they were able to repair the vehicle. They were very friendly and very happy to help but can't rate 5 stars as of now. Within three days of having an extremely expensive repair done, (with no financing option as advertised) my car again sits in their shop as I type this. Experiencing the exact same issues it had prior to the repair, I'm hoping it's an issue with the parts and not service. So once I'm able to see what steps this shop takes to help with warrantied repairs, I'm certain this rating will go up.

Jacobson Repair is a stand alone repair shop when it comes to service and knowledge. The techs are highly skilled, and the rest of the team is very knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help explain any questions you have. They also had the fastest available appointment schedule I could find. 10/10 recommend them every time.

These guys serviced my 3500 96 Chevy Silverado Chrome stacker dually, new transmission was installed in escanaba after the original transmission in Milwaukee that was replaced failed. Just few weeks ago the brand new transmission cable that was installed in escanaba snapped and it ended up breaking the shift lever which made me need a whole new steering column. They went above and beyond. They treat those that do business and that those who have served equally as well. I was worried when they said it's hard to get it in the park to get the key out The thing is completely fine it says it's always been I don't know this anything different except it's more definitive of which gear you're in which I like almost like ASMR you can hear and feel the click into each gear smoothly. Usually I'm pretty hard to please I'm a difficult person but honestly no complaints thumbs up guys
