I had an electrical problem that a number of other shops I had contacted said would be difficult to find and also said they would not be able to get to for the next week or so… Arcand’s was the only place willing to help. They did an amazing job of identifying and correcting the problem. And charged far less than they knew I would have been willing to pay. Thank you Arcand’s!

I usually only take my vehicles to dealerships because of the accountability standards they can be held to. However, I took a chance with Arcand's and I was amazed. Arcand's is run by moral and proffesional individuals. I wasn't mislead or I didn't end up paying for repairs that weren't necessary. They were very knowledgeable, humble and informative. Honest work for an honest rate, just how it should be.
This is a great shop. I was broke down, but the mechanic had already gone home for the day. The receptionist called him at home, he came in and stayed late to fix my Jeep. They saved my vacation. This is a well managed shop.
