From the time I first stopped in to the day my truck was finished, Dave walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything. After numerous struggles at another location getting my car in since an accident in November I could tell they truly care about their customers and want to do a good job for them! I am so so impressed with this shop. I got in a car accident and Dave was nice enough to look at it that day and tape my car so I could drive to work. This was my first accident and the staff was so helpful in guiding me on what steps to take to get my car fixed. My car looks gorgeous and on a stressful day I was greeted with such kind workers.

I had an accident and was asked by an American Family Insurance Company to go and get an estimate since the accident wasn't my fault. So after walking in Auto Body Specialists I believe the owner's son came out and took pictures of the damage to my car! I was then told they would need to send the information to the American Family and I would be emailed by the Body Specialists about American Family opinion by the end of the day! Well I never heard from Auto Body Specialists so the next morning I went back and a pond talking to the son and father they received a message it would be considered totalled! At that point I knew now I would need to be paid for the loss of my car. Well when I went outside my car wouldn't start and since I had no phone service I needed to go back into the body shop and ask to use their phone! I believe the owner said they didn't have a public phone so he was nice enough to let me call my son who said he was too busy to come eight blocks to give me a jump! Well now I was stuck and it was raining and out of the blue the owner's son appears in the front of my car and asks me to pop the hood so he could use his Power Charger to get me started! Boy was I happy I could now leave & not need to walk to my son's house and punch him in the nose for being a rotten son after I am always doing him favors
