Work van had a failure while on route. Mike wa able to take it in while already swamped, and got it knocked out by the next day. Great work, highly recommend

Disclaimer: This is a ZERO star rating (google only allows 1 star as the lowest) First off, I want to say that I am not normally the person that comments things on any sort of review but I have to share this because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the rude and poor customer service we have experienced at Big Mikes. Do not go there for services. They will charge you for services you did not authorize. They will tell you that you are lying and talk back to you. They even threatened to charge us more when we didn’t want to pay their initial price, that again we did not authorize. Minimal communication from them and when we did have communication, the female receptionist (Diane), was one of the worse representatives they could have. She told my fiancé she called 4 times, we received 2 calls. We have the logs to prove it. She was the one that threatened to charge us more. Pretty sure that she does not own the place, but said she could have them charge us more. She also said that she would get us a quote within a few days, took three weeks. We already knew what was wrong with the truck but they needed to do their own diagnostic but still took them three weeks for a quote. Honestly, if she can’t handle the work load plus being a kind person to her customers, maybe she needs another person to assist her. I mean she could have at least pretended to be nice anytime she was on the phone with us. Honestly if you are looking for car repairs in Columbus, I would highly recommend Sherwood Automotive. It’s right down the road and they have 5 star customer service. I don’t want to trash them anymore on an open forum, but if anyone wants to know more I would be happy to explain further. To wrap everything up, I would never go back to Big Mikes ever again. Even if it was my only option, plenty of mechanics in the area that can provide better customer service!

I am extremely pleased with the work big Mikes did on my Toyota Tundra. The timing chain tensioners we’re rattling to the point I didn’t know how much longer it would last before catastrophic failure. I am very particular about who works on my truck because I usually do my own work but big Mike’s staff fixed my truck so it runs like new. I couldn’t be more pleased and would confidently refer anyone to have their work done here. Thanks again big mike!

Big Mike’s Automotive may be my best car repair experience yet! I needed my brakes done and an oil change and it was done in less than a day! The communication was excellent and the price was fair. I will be going back for all my regular car maintenance!
