Northside service is great, there was an issue with my car that other shops couldn’t figure out and fix northside made it a priority to figure it out and get it fixed! Highly recommend!

IT'S ALIVE!! Had I known it was that simple (and cheap) to fix. I woulda done it back in October. Thanks for the quick, easy, and affordable service. Communication is KEY for me, and you guys had the right amount: Not bothering me every 3 hours, but a text reminder, a call for symptoms, and a call when done. Boom. Simple, yet effective. And the text a day later to ensure we're satisfied was great as well. Obviously, we're bringing any work I can't do to you, as well as let anyone know where to go for affordable vehicle maintenance.

The shop did a great job getting us in on short notice. They gave me a reasonable quote for the work, and it was completed the same day. Excellent communication and I’m very pleased with the work that was done!

I love Northside Service! I love that they have loaner cars for the day, where I can still get to work and then come back. They are friendly & honest about prices and letting you know what's going on with your car. They made me feel like family and taking care of me & my car. I trust these guys and knowing that my car is in good hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
