Owner Tami is absolutely wonderful, as she goes above and beyond to show care/understanding & to help in every way possible. By far the best experience I've ever had with getting my tires replaced, and then getting a few other necessary repairs done on my vehicle. Amazing service, and would recommend to anyone!

As a stranger and non resident of Eau Claire Wisconsin, i came to work in Eau Claire and Brought my car to their shop yesterday to help me fix my coolant tank leak, despite my plea to the attendant to please help me that I don’t want to drive the car like that back to Minneapolis due to the risk. I agreed to drop the car early in the morning and the lady told me she would tried and helped me but might be later in the evening. She later called me at 4:45 pm that they checked my car that nothing is wrong with the coolant tank, I was so happy and I appreciate the work they did but not knowing she lied to me. I found out that they didn’t do anything on my car when I got there to pick my car. The attendant woman wasn’t honest and wasted my time, if I known I would have taken the car to different auto shop.

Sep 24, 2023The customer was told we could not get their car in. We had way too many already. He insisted that we do it as he was from out of town. He was told that if he left it we would try to work it in but it was unlikely. At 4:30 knowing that a technician wasn't going to be able to look at it the Service Advisor pulled it up and put coolant in it. She spilled some coolant so she rinsed it off and took it for a test drive. She then brought it back and looked for a leak. Nothing jumped out. I’m sorry that you feel our trying to help wasn’t enough but we were very honest with you from the beginning. I think the SA doing what she did was above and beyond the job!
So helpful, went above and beyond to find the part we needed. We will be back with all our automotive needs! (Tammy was great!)

Parked my truck to pick up a package at the UPS store, walked out to my truck and it was dead as a door mail. Went into Accurate Auto and Tammy said “we can put a new one in now”. Twenty mins later it was done. Thanks for the great service!

Best automotive place I've been to! Great customer service! Great pricing, honest place.! This place does excellent, honest work at very affordable prices. They went above and beyond what I expected . I highly recommend this place.
