The folks at Reese’s were genuine, helpful and extremely affordable. I highly recommend their services. My story: My family of four was on vacation when the trunk latch on our car broke. After calling a few places, Reese’s said they could diagnose the problem any time that day. Later they said they were intentionally slow this week due to someone being out, but they looked plenty busy to me, so I greatly appreciated them seeing new the same day. Sure enough, they were checking out the problem within a minute of us arriving. They ordered the part, but it wouldn’t get in for two days. When I dropped off the car two days later, they said it would be done by around 3. They called me at 3 to report it was done. Plus, their charges were extremely reasonable. All in all, great service.
