They remove negative reviews, so 4.9 means nothing. I found more damage to my truck that they caused when ‘fixing’ it. My drivers side control panel practically falls off now since they removed it to check the power side mirror controls. They must have broken the clips that hold it in place and didn’t bother fixing it. They returned it to me hoping I would notice. Kind of hard not to notice when it comes off in my hand when pulling the door shut.
Had an accident and my vehicle was taken in immediately. I was updated as progress was made and got my vehicle back surprisingly quick. Excellent customer service. Very appreciative of all of their help!

Was able to get in within a week after hitting deer. Truck looks brand new. Very professional at Hesgard Collision Center.

AWESOME ALL AROUND!!! They got the work done super fast and did a beautiful job; their customer service is impeccable. They not only fixed what was wrong but they cleaned the interior and washed the exterior. Made my baby look brand spanking new! Would not take my car to any other place to get it fixed. (Not even to the dealership lol)
We had a mishap right in the driveway so I ended up bringing in two cars. Dave Hundt and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else !!!
