Phenomenal across the board! While I unfortunately had to bring my WRX here for an insurance claim due to a front end collision, the team at Caliber in Neenah knocked my experience out of the park! Not only did they get my car finished sooner than they estimated, Marci was very helpful with discussing my estimate in detail. She allowed me to help source my parts of choice (I used to sell auto parts) and kept me updated the entire way! They not only washed the exterior of my vehicle, but they detailed the inside as well! Something I definitely did not expect. I also managed to forget some items in my rental vehicle. They were quick to answer the phone when I called, and made sure the keys were available when I arrived so I could retrieve said items!
