Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my car repairs. Everyone was extremely kind and kept me updated several times a week on the progress. The biggest surprise and honestly the best part was the AMAZING detail job they did when I got my car back. Would 100% hit another deer just to get a detail like this again… 10/10 recommend!

I will say the half of the repairs Caliber did on my truck were done 10/10, but they flopped when finishing out the details. Door was done great and truck buffed out very well, but Brent wanted to give me the truck back while we waited for the running boards, the only catch is leave a review as "we installed the running boards". After 3 months and 2 store managers later, they ordered the wrong boards. I mean, does a guy want to try to argue and explain this to the 3rd manager since my truck was first brought in? I guess I'll just take my losses. This being said, 2/5 stars instead of 1 just because the replaced door and the rest of the work actually was done great!

Nate and everyone that assisted us at Caliber Collision were amazing. They went above and beyond to work quickly on getting the estimate to insurance. They kept us in the loop with every step. Even though our vehicle ended up being totaled - they were professional, honest and very helpful. If we ever need work done on any other cars we will definitely only use caliber. Nate is extremely knowledgeable and just all around awesome!
Extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Fond du Lac WI Caliber team. Everyone was helpful and patient during my repair process.
