My son was referred to Balken's a few yrs ago. They did a nice job on his SUV, so when I recently needed repairs I knew who to call. They have some loaner vehicles (nice), however, none were available which ended up being okay since insurance covered a rental. Luckily I only had to wait a week to get in, and then repairs only took a week. They are professional and courteous. Being up front and honest on their procedure and timeframe was refreshing! If you’re in search of a body shop that you can trust with your vehicle, I would go with Balkens without a second thought. I had a really unlucky year on the roads, and left my car with them a few times, and my car was always returned looking like it just left the factory. I’m a car enthusiast myself, and I’d never leave my car in the hands of someone who wouldn’t do top notch work. To top this off, the customer service is fantastic. When I bought my car in after a nasty run in with a raccoon the caused extensive amounts of damage to the front of my car, they immediately gave me a loaner so I had a safe vehicle to drive. Everytime I’ve had a wreck they’ll have the car in the following week which is great, the work is done in a timely fashion, they care about their customers, and the quality is a 5/5. Big thanks to the Balken crew!

The staff were very nice and communicative about any changes in the process of fixing my vehicle. The car turned out looking brand new! A bit on the expensive side, but worth it if you can afford it.

I got it back cleaner than when I took it in

It's the second vehicle we had them fix. Weather it's a Fender bender or deer collision, the vehicles came back looking like new. Very caring people to work with.

Friendly staff and amazed how they went out of their way to say thank you, a rarity today.
