A few years ago I had what I thought was a deep scratch on my car. I wanted to find out how much it would cost to fix it so I stopped in to see if I could get an estimate. It wasn't a big job and the tech said it would be between $150.00-$200.00. Then he looked at it again and said "Hang on, let me try something." He took out a buffer and some chemicals and worked on the scratch and before you know it it was gone. I said "Wow, how much do I owe you for that?" He said "Nothing. Have a great day." Apparently it was something that was easy for them to fix and even though it was a small job, he still could've charged me for the work, yet he didn't. I feel like this says a lot about the business and their character and I definitely give them 5 stars.
