Repeat customer. Last year Ivan did a fabulous job repairing my child's fiat, walked us through the process, communicated well, and the car turned out great. This year my truck was in an accident and again Ivan was great to work with throughout the process. This one was an insurance claim and Ivan was great sharing his knowledge of the process and helping me get through each stage to the end with my vehicle looking better than before the accident. He even followed up after the repair to make sure everything was working great and there were no issues or concerns.
