Dent Clinic completed a repair from a parking lot ding in one day and the dent was no easy task. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend. From the front office to the techs, everyone was friendly and communicated along the way. Finally, I would add that Dent Clinic came in lower in cost than any other quote and the outcome was more than I could have expected. Nice job!

I got an UGLY door ding on my brand new car. I was sick to my stomach about it. I took it to Dent Clinic and they got it completely out. It’s like magic! I highly recommend them.

Google doesn't allow multiple reviews by the same person so I'm adding to my earlier review. ----------- Second review from December, 2023... Same SUV as before. Multiple dents from someone who smashed their car door into ours in a Madison hospital parking lot. End result: Their fix is as close to perfect as one could ever ask for. We're happy. Look... We don't want to be repeat customers. We don't want to experience their great workmanship. We don't want to see their friendly staff who listen to us. We don't want to pay their reasonable prices. BUT, when we need their services, we're happy they're there. ----------- First review from February, 2023... End result: Very happy customers. How we got there: Not quite as planned. It's easy to give a good review when everything goes as planned. When it doesn't, that's when the cheese gets more binding. We pinched a garbage cart between our SUV and a brick wall which creased our rear passenger door. Ouch! We picked Dent Clinic based on local reviews. Mike examined our door and quoted a fair price. We made an appointment, brought the car in, and he fixed our door so well that we couldn't tell it was ever damaged. That's when we all noticed the second, fainter and longer crease. The first crease was so bad, no one noticed the second higher on the door. So, now what? Well, Mike and Austin said they would take care of it. Period. They volunteered. No hassle. No extra cost, though that would have been fair. They were even a little sheepish that they hadn't noticed the extra crease before, as were we. We just picked up our car for the second time and we're very happy with the results. We'd happily use them again (though understandably, we hope to never need to). They're good guys.

Did an excellent job removing a dent in the middle of my driver's door. Took about 30 mins and I can't see it at all anymore. Will go here again whenever another dent appears again... They also saw a very small one in the area I didn't originally see and fixed it as well. Highly suggest any door dings or dents you stop in here.

What a great experience! My Jeep Grand Cherokee went in for a pretty decent dent repair. Mike called and let me know that the damage was a bit worse than he thought and made sure we wanted to move forward. He was honest by saying that he wasn't sure he could get it perfect. But when I went to pick it up I was more than impressed. It went better than expected. The dent is gone, the paint that was left by the other vehicle is no longer visible. I have not experienced such great customer service in a long time! I will definitely go back if I need dent repair in the future and recommend them to anyone who may need them.
