Mike's is the best Auto shop around! Josh,Cody and all the other guys that work there are great! The work they all do is prompt and efficient! They make the experience as worry free as possible for the customer. From booking of the appointment to picking up your vehicle. Great place all around! Highly recommend! :)

VERY GOOD SERVICE AND STAFF

My Kia was not starting. Had the battery and alternator checked. Battery was bad. Bought new battery. Wouldn’t start. So had it towed to mikes. They said yes it was starter motor. But I needed all this other things done to Kia that would cost more then Kia was worth. So I told Todd I didn’t want to keep putting money into Kia then. So I would see what I could do. I was trying to get approved for a new vehicle and use Kia as a down payment. Todd text me and I told him again not to do anything. I was waiting on 10 places to call me back. He said ok no rush. Then he calls me and says they did starter and wheel bearing and hub and I owe $1500. Umm how do I owe you any money when I told you not to do any work to my Kia?? So I pay him $600 because that’s all I had. My Kia lasts 2 days and leaves me stranded on side of the road so I called him since he just did work to my Kia. And he’s like I don’t really know what you want me to do you would have to pay the rest of money you owe before I can do anything else to Kia So now I am out down payment I was trying to put together for a newer vehicle because I paid him for doing work. That I told him not to do. Because I had the parts bought in the back of my Kia. N he told me he couldn’t use my parts he had to use his n I told him no because I already had the parts

After having many services done on my car in the past years with Mike's Auto Body in Elkhorn this was my go to place as they were always fair with prices and did great work. Not anymore. Last year around this same time I had a lot of work done there; both ball joints, alignment, serpentine and V-belt replacement which cost me around $1000. I needed my muffler done, but had to put it off until now. At the time, again it was only a year ago, the estimate was around $360. This time when I called, I asked them to check my brakes, muffler and air conditioner. They said it would be a $45 charge to have my brakes looked at. Right there I should've ended the call but gave them the benefit of the doubt since I've done business with them before and didn't think they would cheat me. After I got there I incurred another $45 charge for what I don't remember because nothing was itemized and priced out.Then came the estimate for my muffler to be repaired which came to $2270. for a flex pipe and a couple gaskets and was also told they would have to put on a new converter which was not written in the notes and again, nothing was priced out and itemized. The person behind the counter said that there was a 'restructure' to the business and they fired everyone because they weren't charging enough for services and not getting work done correctly and that's why they were closed for awhile, but I never had a problem with them. Ever. So after $92 later, the only thing he said they did to my car was add a little charge to my AC at no charge, also not shown or itemized and I'm now out that money. After looking up a couple other places, I took my car to a muffler shop in Lake Geneva who has been around for many, many years. He put my car up to look at my muffler and he quoted with parts and labor $160 for a flex pipe which is leaking and he said nothing else was wrong with it and saved me $2100. Lesson learned: if there is a charge for looking at your car hang up and look elsewhere because in my book it's dishonest. I will never go back to Mike's Auto Body nor will I recommend them to anyone unless you want to get shafted.

Excellent customer service! Todd and his Techs went through a complete checklist on my automobile. Everything was explained with easy to understand verbage and just felt comfortable and confident with the work performed on my car. Highly recommend! Todd, the Gold scent👍

I can't even begin to thank Mike's properly. The quality of Customer Service and professionalism went above and beyond, more like it used to be in the olden days, harder to find places like this. Shout out to Seth for keeping us informed all along our repair. The guys at the front desk and the rest of the crew, all very professional and helpful. It has been a long time since I've been to a shop like this. Quality of work, A+. Price, extremely fair. Even the customers coming in to pick up their cars seemed happy to be walking in. I'll be back.

Mike's Auto was fantastic. I'm from out of town and come up to the area quite a bit. My tire pressure sensor went off and I found Mike's on Google. Their reviews are great! Todd was a pleasure to work with. I called prior to see if they had capacity to look at a possible tire for repair. Todd got me in right away and I was out within 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back to Mike's! Thanks again Todd!
