My vehicle was towed to Keith's for repairs after being hit while parked on a street. Stopped by to check if insurance company had been in contact or if I needed to follow-up with anyone. A gentlemen walked past me, without comment, sat down at a desk, rolled his eyes and said, "it's only a vehicle!" I was appalled to hear that comment from a business that is supposed to repair vehicles back to the condition that they were in before an accident. Needless, to say, this business did not need my money. Very unprofessional. Called another body shop and totally different experience. Steer clear of this facility.

Recently, my wife hit a deer that crushed the left front fender, headlight, and some things in the engine compartment. At first, my wife and I were going to take it to the dealer since the vehicle was only 10 months old. After the normal dealership hassle and run around, we went back to Keith's. With one call, they had our car brought to Delavan. They dealt directly with the insurance company after we made the first call. It was nice that they kept us informed of what was happening, and there were part shortages. Once they completed it, they made arrangements to stay late as they realized we also worked. They were always understanding and empathetic to what happened and did everything they could to make the process as easy as possible on us. This was the second deer issue and a storm issue that they have fixed for us in the last 8 years, and we will go nowhere else in the future. They are just awesome at repairing vehicles and understanding their customers.

Stopped by for an estimate. Never got an email and when I called they had no record of my estimate. Went way out of my way to go there. I'll go somewhere else. Waste of time and mileage

They have an attitude and seem like it's a inconvenience to get a quote. Was also told there was No way a leak could come from a body seam, upon further investigation a leak was in fact coming from a body seam. Wish them the best but wouldn't recommend.
