Had battery issues this morning, the driver Austin came out and did a tremendous job helping me get my vehicle working and he was a cool down to earth person. Very professional.
5 start for AUSTIN!! was there in swift order. Took right over and loaded the car. Chatting in a very positive encouraging manner...very easy to work with. He is the man!! Thanks

Hook n Go was great as they were available when I needed a tow and they arrived quickly and Austin the tow truck driver was kind and prompt and even called me to let me know he was 17 minutes away from dropping our dead vehicle off at our house. And price was competitive.
Austin was there to pick up my car within an hour. He was very friendly and talkative and I was so thankful to not have to sit on the side of the road for any longer than I did!

My car died right in Menomonie traffic and Austin, the tow truck driver showed up in no time and was very helpful even at the shop! He looked up my AAA number and it was covered right on the spot. Awesome service!
