My daughter is a student at UWEC. Recently, her catalytic converter was stolen, and our insurance company sent us to Caliber. Matt went above and beyond to help us, even staying late at the shop so she could bring the car in after classes were over for the day. It's very difficult to coordinate this type of work long-distance (we are in Minneapolis), but Matt did a great job communicating with our daughter AND us, keeping us updated on the progress of our claim, and notifying us when there were problems or delays. There *were* delays--one of the parts was back ordered for three months--but he was able to coordinate outsourcing the work. We really appreciate the service we received at Caliber, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
