Really Love the great wor
Came in for a simple dent repair was told I'd get an email with quote, never happened. I'll go somewhere that cares enough to try and get my business rather than ignore me I make a review and now they get back to me. Lol funny how that works, saying panel needs to be replaced and that it's hard to find which I already knew it's a rare vehicle. (I also wanted to keep my original panel, so buying new/ used wasnt the option) But I've been to 5 other shops in the area and got a paper quote on the spot saying they CAN fix it... Maybe they could have the specialist look at it on the spot or have me come back when one is avaliable not snap pictures and then never get back to me just cause the new part they wanted to buy is hard to resource.. and they couldn't find it. That's all they had to tell me to begin with. Not once I made the review
They do a really thorough job fixing your car.
If you like a company that has no follow through pick Dreher. They had my car for three days and didn't even start it. It was for a simple bumper replacement. No communication that they it was not finished. I had to call them to check on the status. No one answered the phone for 2 hours and I was hung up on multiple times. Phone problems apparently. The shop is an unorganized mess. Parts everywhere, customer invoices spread all over the counter. Have they heard of privacy laws? I think there are maybe 2 employees doing the body work and they have 10 cars to be finished in the parking lot. Go to Holiday or Jeeps in the Fond du Lac area, avoid this place.
