Five stars all around. Brought a tire in for repair. Dropped everything he was doing to help me fix a flat and patch it. Didn’t charge me a nickel. A business treating others like family. They now have my business without question.
The owner was nasty short tempered and uncouth. Very poor customer service. Rude rude rude.
These guys hooked me up with a complimentary tire check/tune-up right before they closed, and didn’t want anything for it. That’s an automatic 5-Stars from me. Thank you!
Excellent service always
We took the exit for the Kwik Trip, and as we started off again, we heard something from under the hood. The serpentine belt was wacking around so we thought it safest to just call a local shop. I called Steve’s and he was able to get us in and out in under an hour. We appreciate you taking us so close to your closing time and helping us to get on our way! We are seriously so lucky a fair and experienced shop happened to be so close. Thank you so much!
I desperately needed new brakes and rotors and an oil change. I was new to town and Steve fit me in, despite it being a very busy day for them, because it was my only chance - I work very long hours and this day I happened to be home sick. Because I lived nearby, he even had someone drive me home while they worked on my car and then returned it to my driveway. They were friendly and price was right. Good people. Good work. My car sounds like new.
