Excellent service!
Best place in town!! They go above and beyond for their customers.
I took my vw to Burns for a parasitic draw issue aka power being drawn from the battery while the car is off, when I picked it up guy said my after market head units lights where on while and I quote "the keys where sitting on the seat and the mechanic was away from the vehicle" end quote. It has never done that in 3 months I've spent with this car, and I've spent extensive time with it. I ended up giving them the 94$ for their "time spent on it" because it wasn't worth it for me at the time to argue with them about it, three days later I unplugged window moter/door module (cause it hasn't ever worked which was something I told them about and asked them to check it and they never did) and my paracetic draw stopped. So I'm never going to take my car here again.

Worked on our car, repair was well done and cost less than I expected.. also a full service gas station.

Same prices, same equipment, plus even better equipment not sold in box stores. I have not needed any service yet so I can not comment as to that.
Purchased a new snowblower from them last winter. used it 3 times max. Noticed a oil spot on the floor of my garage so i took it in to get it fixed. I figured it would be covered under warranty. They found a drain plug that was loose for the oil leak. Then charged me $110 to clean the carburetor. I NEVER asked to get the carb cleaned. I was not having any problems with it. I was still running the " High Quality" gas that they put in it when I bought it. I Try to help the little guy out and they just put the screws to you! I'll never do business here again. Big box stores from now on for me!
