Awful place, I check in at 1250pm for an oil change and am quoted 2.5hrs waiting time. 7 hours pass by they skip me in line and bring other truck before me. They fail to quote me a new time on how much longer it will be. I watch the mechanics stay on their phone while the manager is in the office, when he comes out they walk back to the truck they were working on. Absolutely unprofessional. Zero interest in the drivers time. I decided to leave after waiting 7 hours for a job that takes 45min to and hour to complete.
