We have had two vehicle repairs done at Rick’s Autocare. Great service, they explain the car repair needed, and we find the estimates for repairs to be better than other shops. No doubt, this is our only car shop for auto repairs.

I paid them 300$ on one day then the next I had to come back for another 200$ repair and the third day I needed something done and they charged me hella for it and the second time I asked them to tape my emergency brake line up and they just straight up sniped it off

I had a great experience with Rick’s Autocare. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of, service was fast & Derrick communicated very clearly with me. On top of repairing my faulty starter they notified me of an oil leak & a radiator leak. I look forward to doing further business, hopefully under different circumstances of course.

Ricks is the place to go! They are honest, fast and trustworthy. They are thorough and did such a great job on my oil change I came back a few days later to have them do some work on my truck. This is the place to go.. The sad part is the few bad reviews are from the other location not this one. They are also very informative and have no problem talking you through the problems. As a woman it's hard to find a shop to tell you like it is and not just try to talk down to you and give you a Laundry list of things you don't even need...All the guys I dealt there are polite, respectful, super intelligent and nice. Highly, highly recommend!!!
