Just after coming to town on a Friday morning I noticed that my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee's rear brakes were grinding - metal on metal. I came into Morries service department to see what they could do. They quickly confirmed that the rear brakes were shot and the front ones nearly so. They were able to work me in that afternoon and replaced the front and rear brakes. They charged $300 less than I paid in Florida for brakes on my 2011 Grand Cherokee last year, plus threw in a car wash gift card. I'm grateful they were able to help since it wouldn't have been safe to keep driving the car with the rear brakes that way. Highly recommend!

They all seem pretty good at talking with the frustrated, harried, and at times, panicked and angry customers. That is an admirable quality. PLUS they get the job done. This wasnt the case with the dealership where I bought my car. What I don't like is the phone answering robot. I really think you should let people know that a simulated human, is asking questions when the phone is answered. It would be great to know what you're communicating with.

I had a great experience at Morrie’s Subaru. They completed two recalls and oil change tire rotation. Phu called me with an explanation of findings through the inspection that they do every time I get an oil change with pricing for each suggested repair. He listened to me as I explained my situation and wasn’t pushy. He wrote up the repairs as an estimate for me so I could plan out what works best for me as far as cost and order of repair. I love how they rate upcoming maintenance Needed on a red, yellow, green system you can plan ahead for the higher costing maintenance needs. I drive away feeling like I’m putting my young child in a vehicle that is safe. I can’t say that about a lot of other places. Feels good to have my money go somewhere that delivers.

I brought in my car as it needed suspension work on the rear and front end. They fixed the problems pretty quickly, didn’t do anything additional with out my permission, and the final price was only a little bit above what I was quoted, which is to be expected. I was also given a fair quote, and service was wonderful. I’ve always been weary of being my vehicle to a dealership (usually local mechanics) but they were really kind, and most importantly had fair, market average pricing. You also don’t need to wait for parts to arrive (depending on the work), which is very convenient.

Jake was great to work with and made the car buying process as painless as possible. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on our new car and made us feel comfortable and confident with it before driving off the lot. We appreciate his kindness and sincerity.

We had a check engine light come on and called for an appointment but there were none available for a week. The service person contacted their manager who had us drop off our car the next day and it was fixed within 24 hours. What great customer service especially when they knew we were going out of town soon and needed it fixed quickly. Thank you for having kind, caring people to work with who also do great vehicle work.
