Was very pleased with the services provided. Will definitely return
Over all the folks here know their stuff and so far my Jeep is a new and better version of itself. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is the communication between me, the counter folks and the shop. Ashley kept telling me the work would be completed by Friday afternoon. Based on that I made plans with family figuring on using the Jeep. I went to the business on that Friday afternoon and the owner was locking the door. When I asked about my Jeep he said it would be Monday because some part they needed was broken and they had to wait for a new one. When I asked him when they knew that they needed the part and ordered it, he said Wednesday. The same day Ashley promised me the repairs would be completed on Friday. So…my plans had to be redone last minute. Not the end of the world but I felt the whole situation could have been avoided with better communication.
They knew exactly what I was talking about when it came to my 4x4 and even though it was a very niche issue with my front differential, they were experts!
They ordered shocks for my jeep and they work great good service and people

Ordered the Trail Tail lights, brackets, and resistors for my JK. Had an issue with shipping, but Maxbilt handled the issue and made things right, very happy with the customer service. Thanks, Maxbilt.
