Tightened up/replaced several significant broken parts on my girls ride for a fee. The difference in stability and stopping power is night and day. For the number of issues addressed on her car, it's gotta be impossible to ever find a car shop anywhere else do as much work, and work with you, than you'll get right here guaranteed. Highly recommended for any parents with kids at college in Eau Claire. Rick went above and beyond!!!! My young adult son needed some brake repairs done (brakes, rotors, struts, tires) this past March He went to a different shop and I felt the estimate was inflated due to my son not knowing much about car repairs. I live in North Carolina and called to find a different shop. I explained the situation to Rick and that I wanted to ensure my son's car was safe to drive. His estimate was roughly half of what my son had gotten from the other shop. Rick found an additional item that needed fixed and called me for approval. He was able to get the car in and out in a very reasonable timeframe. Fast forward to October - My son told me his rear brakes were making noise again. I told my son to take it back to have it looked at. My son called Rick at 3pm on Halloween and told if he could come in right now they could take a look at it. Even though all brakes and rotors will only 6 months old they were shot. Apparently there was an issue with the calipers that hadn't been replaced. The shop was booked for at least the next week but Rick moved cars around to free up a bay. Rick was able to get the needed parts and fix it the same day. He even worked on it past closing time to get it fixed. He also didn't charge labor for replacing the brakes and rotors because they were only 6 moths old. Thank you so much!
