RPM in Prairie du Chien always does an awesome job with my vehicle I have now and the one I had in the past. They go above and beyond with all your concerns. They go over everything that they may have concerns with and suggest what should be done by priority. They have a very easy scheduling system online. You drop your car off, you can wait if you'd like in their welcoming wait area or if it'll be a bit longer than you expected they can offer a loaner to use until your vehchile is completed. If you opt to recieve texts or emails they have an awesome system that let's you see what you are getting repaired. It also shows you with pictures concerns they have and it will show up alongside your actual repairs requested. If you'd like the repairs done with estimated pricing already you just check the boxes and you submit and they get to work on it! They are fast but get the job done correctly. I was able to pay online and upon arriving dropped my loaner keys off and was on my way. Best service in town. If you haven't stopped in to have your vehicle repaired or for maintenance you should. They have amazing staff! Thanks!

RPM has an easy to use online platform that allows you to book an appointment and tell the mechanics what you believe to be an issue. They review the problem and are honest on whether the problem is what you think it is. I have had great experiences with Len and his crew and feel they offer a lot of insight into any issues and allow you to pick and choose what you wish to have done at a more than reasonable price. I would recommend them to absolutely anybody. I’ve gotten oil changes, new tires, brake work, tie rods, and a few other items done on my car there and sincerely trust their insight. It’s a shame there’s only 5 stars available because they are great to deal with.
