Said they didn't have time to put 2 spares on my drives. Within a 48 hour window.

Mike, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We didn't feel it was fair to the customers that had appointments before you to make them wait longer then quoted. I am sure you understand our situation as you wouldn't appreciate us making you wait if you had an appointment. Again, we sincerely apologize.

Took our truck in for a major repair. They figured out the problem in an hour and after we gave the green light to fix ordered the part immediately. Answered all of my questions and gave advice on an issue with our truck that we didn't have them look at. Will be going back for any future repairs if I'm in the area
