Had an appointment for oil change and car detail got oil change and they called and told me my car was done and I ask if the detail was done and she told me they didn’t and would call me when that was done and then called me later telling me that they couldn’t get it done.

Fillback went way out of their way to help us during a very difficult situation. We were in the middle of a move when we became aware that the key for my mother's Town and Country van was lost. The move was taking place that day and Fillback pulled a "rabbit out of a hat" and went way out of their way to accommodate our needs and make it happen. They are awesome.

Friendly, helpful and quick. I decided to wait in the service department waiting room while my oil was being changed. It was spacious, clean and they had popcorn made by a local company and drinks. Love how the support other businesses!
