Tracy, the receptionist, is exceptionally skilled in her position! She knows all the details but she especially has superior people skills! In my conversations with her on the phone about five times and overhearing other conversations while I waited in a lobby, and seeing her in person twice, she is phenomenal! The only reason people are dealing with this business is because their vehicles are smashed! It's a miserable time and she makes it a little bit softer! I really appreciated her care and her saying things like"it's ok" and "we got you"! 🩷 Highly recommend!
