I went to get my heat issue diagnosis with no other issues with my vehicle and my vehicle in good driving condition and when I went to pick it up they were taking a while to bring my car back to the front after I gave them around 20 minutes after she called me telling me I can pick it up it was still in the shop I asked for my car back and she said it will come around shortly I waited around 15 minutes and they still didn’t bring my truck out so I told her it’s taking a while she went to the back and that’s when I heard my hood get slammed and my engine start so I was already suspicious and a young man came out and told me that my truck is still warm for me and i was shocked because I thought they didn’t fix my heater so they tried to upsell me 1,400 for a heater core I didn’t need and I didn’t see any evidence showing they even checked my heater core and so I was already a little upset and than the next day my engine starts to stutter and have other issues after taking my vehicle to them and now I’m stuck having to work on my car and trying to fix what I know was messed up by them just to upsell me and help their company I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE, I will be looking for further evidence and filing a police report if I am not compensated for this

May 24, 2023No good deed goes unpunished. In the beginning you were advised it would be a little bit before your jeep could be taken out. It was blocked in by other vehicles. Just the sequence of that day. Your vehicle was very low on coolant, 3/4 gal. We topped it off at no charge. No change to heat out of heater. The infrared temp. tool used does not leave evidence. Temps taken showed heater core blockage, very little flow. Considering your young age and coming from a warm state we decided to help you and flush the heater core. A lot of solid and soft brown debris came out. Perhaps a lack of maintenance on an older vehicle. Still no change for heat. Temp blend door was also verified, it moved. I'm sorry, but you still need a heater core. Lack of flow. Yes, $1400. To latch properly most hoods are closed/dropped from 12-18 inches above the body lines. In the end you were only charged for diagnosing your heater issues.
So far, so good. We shall see
